You will lead the evolution of complex transaction flows to support international growth and franchise scaling, owning end-to-end consumer-facing experiences and the full lifecycle from checkout to accounting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience with at least 3 years in B2B/SaaS.
• Systems thinker who can translate complex technical constraints into simple user workflows.
• Proven track record owning high-quality consumer-facing product experiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end consumer-facing transaction flows.
• Full transaction lifecycle including checkout, financial reporting, and accounting.
• Scaling commerce experiences for multi-location and franchise brands.
