You will partner with Product Managers and the Director of Product to define quarterly goals and drive releases with engineers, scientists, and operations teams. You will analyze product data to guide short- and long-term plans, maintain a constant backlog of enhancements, and ensure deployments are stable and scalable while aligning with our mission to advance precision medicine for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in product management or building software in tech/biotech
• Experience with agile development and product analytics to drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to translate among diverse teams including biologists, medical professionals, engineers, operators, and data scientists

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for a subset of Tempus’ products and partner with PMs and the Director of Product to execute quarterly and sub-quarterly goals
• Collaborate with developers, scientists, and operations teams to deliver production-ready releases that meet scalability, reliability, and performance goals
• Conduct deep product analysis and use data to guide short- and long-term roadmaps for the team
• Maintain stakeholder communication and manage expectations around roadmap and delivery timelines
• Lead operational change management for production changes and related workflow impacts
• Serve as the primary contact with users to maintain a backlog of future enhancements
