Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior Product Manager for the PlayStation Plus monetization efforts within the Commerce Platform. You will lead initiatives to grow membership value and improve commerce experiences at a global scale, guiding product strategy and cross-functional execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with analytics, engineering, and marketing, and delivery of new features from ideation to rollout in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with key partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).
• Proven track record driving conversion funnels, retention, and monetization.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present trade-offs and drive decisions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capability to acquire and engage members and drive monetization growth.
• Lead conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive analysis to support decision making with data and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners on outcomes and key use cases.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
