You will shape product strategy, collaborate with design and engineering, and work across a global matrix to deliver impactful, data-driven features across PS5, PS4, Web, PS App and PS Portal. The role emphasizes customer-centric decisions and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing e-commerce products and key consumer journeys.
• Experience in gaming or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategies based on market opportunities.
• Lead research and analyze customer needs using Voice of the Customer.
• Prioritize delivery with stakeholders and balance long-term platform needs and short-term gains.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build scalable e-commerce experiences.
