Job summary
Honeywell Technologies in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to lead end-to-end development and launch of complex hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical projects for the FIRE portfolio within Building Automation. You will manage global cross-functional teams and report to the Engineering Program Management Director.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of hardware/software product development with global teams.
- Strong knowledge of product development principles and PM methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3-4 concurrent global new product introduction programs across hardware, firmware, and software using Agile.
- Develop and maintain release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams (10-15+ across sites) with accountability and execution.
- Define program scope and manage change control with stakeholders.
- Report status to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and financials.
