SoFi, a next-generation financial services company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager in San Francisco to shape features across lending, savings, spending, investing and protection for millions of members.

You'll own key elements of product strategy, partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, finance, risk, legal and compliance to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes, delivering iterative product improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical/finance/quantitative field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with metrics focus.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering to own backlogs and technical details.
• High bias for action and ownership in cross-functional environments.
• Passion for users and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Prioritize backlogs and write detailed requirements with engineering teams.
• Own instrumentation, data, and analytics for products.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, operations, legal, risk, and leadership to ship product.
• Lead experiments and measure impact on business and member outcomes.
• Operate in a fast-paced agile environment delivering iteratively.
