SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager in New York to define, prioritize, and deliver features across borrowing, saving, spending, investing, and protection. You’ll own a product area's strategy and partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, and risk to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap.

You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, run experiments, and measure impact on member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical/finance/quantitative field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch.
• Superior written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset; comfortable with metrics.
• Ability to work closely with engineering on backlogs and technical details.
• High bias for action and ownership in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Passion for users and customer outcomes.

• Define and execute a product vision and multi-year roadmap for your product area.
• Prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with engineering teams; write detailed requirements.
• Own instrumentation, data, and analysis to drive understanding and plans.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, operations, legal, risk, and leadership.
• Lead experiments and hypothesis-driven work to validate ideas and measure impact.
• Operate in an agile environment; make trade-offs to deliver iteratively.
• Champion customer needs and SoFi values.
