Array is a remote-first fintech innovation platform empowering digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs to bring products to market quickly. You will own and optimize the front-end experience, drive onboarding improvements, and use data to boost conversion and retention across B2B2C flows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product vision with engineers, manage bugs, and apply AI to accelerate delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in a technically focused product management role; experience building products that shipped to market.
• Strong technical background: Computer Science or software engineering experience would be great; must have experience writing in SQL and synthesizing data on your own.
• Experience managing a consumer-facing app or product, with a focus on front-end conversion rate optimization.
• Proven ability to grow key user metrics through onboarding or user flow initiatives.
• Expertise in managing product experiences for D2C or B2B2C models with improved user-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with identifying barriers to conversion and making data-driven decisions to boost performance.
• Ability to navigate B2B2C complexities, balancing business partners and end users.
• Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rate, and ROI with minimal reliance on paid ad spend.
• Belief that AI reshapes work and is used to accelerate tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with product goals.
• Develop initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention for organic growth.
• Build a cohesive strategy to optimize the B2B2C journey across touchpoints.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineering to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work with product and engineering to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs.
• Assess risk and propose solutions to remove roadblocks on the roadmap.
• Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster by default.
