Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Record to Report within the Business Technology Product Management team. The role focuses on continuous process and systems improvement across Controllership, Tax, Treasury and Revenue Recognition during Finance Transformation.

You will own the product vision, roadmaps, and partner with IT and business leaders to translate requirements into delivery-ready user stories.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years experience implementing Core Financials.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field) with 8-12 yrs information systems experience.
• Expertise with cloud ERP products and end-to-end Invoice to Cash and Record to Report processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Record to Report initiatives.
• Influence priorities and roadmap across business and IT partners.
• Work with scrum teams to plan and execute delivery.
• Prioritize the backlog and translate requirements into user stories.
• Communicate delivery scope and status to business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and partners.
• Identify capacity and blockers, and address them promptly.
• Define done criteria and ensure alignment with business value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with dependencies across teams.
• Deliver innovative Salesforce-on-Salesforce solutions based on business value.
• Create and groom a backlog of well-formed stories for delivery teams.
• Review solutions for compliance with business processes and IT standards.
