Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Record to Report to drive finance transformation and process improvements across controllership, tax, treasury and revenue recognition. You will shape roadmaps, translate business needs into stories, and collaborate with global partners and IT delivery teams.

You will lead backlog grooming, ensure compliance with standards, and deliver innovative solutions that maximize Salesforce on Salesforce capabilities for the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years experience implementing Core Financials.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 8-12 yrs information systems experience.
• Expertise of cloud ERP products such as Oracle, SAP, Workday in end-to-end Invoice to Cash and Record to Report.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the product roadmap for Controllership, Tax, Treasury and Revenue Recognition.
• Prioritize backlog and translate requirements into user stories for engineers and BSAs.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners across departments.
• Guide delivery to meet business value and compliance with IT standards.
• Identify delivery capacity needs and address blockers.
• Represent team's work to partners and cross-functional initiatives.
• Deliver innovative Salesforce on Salesforce solutions based on business value.
