Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Record to Report to drive continuous process and systems improvement within our Finance Transformation program. This role partners with Controllership, Tax, Treasury and Revenue Recognition to deliver value across the Record to Report domain.

The Sr. PM will own the product vision, manage roadmaps, harmonize business partner needs with IT delivery, and translate requirements into user stories for a high-performing team of engineers and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and lead the delivery of a product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other key initiatives
• Can identify business themes and trends and can influence priorities and approach at roadmap level
• Work with the scrum team in planning and execution of their work
• Responsible for delivery to plan, and basic problem resolution. Work with business and IT partners to prioritize work to be delivered by the delivery teams at a sprint level. Work directly with software engineers, BSAs, and system specialists on product delivery
• Communicate delivery scope, status and questions back to business. Communicate effectively and appropriately with the business and technical peers (written and verbal)
