Job summary

Beazley Security in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Exposure Management suite, helping clients discover and reduce risk.

You will connect Engineering, Beazley Security Labs, go-to-market teams, and clients to translate complex exposure data into a clear, actionable product experience.

This role drives market research, prioritization, and collaboration to position EM and deliver measurable risk reduction for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of exposure management or vulnerability management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and milestones for assigned products.
• Translate concepts into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate sprint delivery within an Agile development cycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define release criteria and testing needs.
• Own backlog and prioritize features to meet client needs and business goals.
• Work with UI/UX to design features from ideation to delivery.
• Conduct market research to maintain a competitive edge in the Exposure Management space.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine features.
• Align stakeholders with business goals and governance.
• Create and maintain product documentation with the Technical Writer.
• Collaborate with Marketing for enablement material and product launches.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Client Experience.
• Assess feasibility and ensure technical readiness with Engineering.
