Schonfeld is seeking a Portfolio Finance Associate in New York to join the Global Treasury team. The role focuses on equity financing processes, collateral management, and delta one initiatives across asset classes.

You will partner with investment teams, vendors, and internal groups to improve automation and scale treasury operations. The role requires 4+ years in securities lending or delta one, strong corporate actions knowledge, and a technical mindset with coding interest.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of securities lending or delta one experience.
• Strong corporate actions knowledge.
• Technical mindset with a coding interest or willingness to learn.
• Self-starter able to work independently and own processes end to end.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day equity financing processes including locates, borrow rates, and PB allocations.
• Support the Americas Head of Portfolio Finance and Global Treasury in daily treasury functions.
• Optimize treasury activities across the equities platform.
• Assist in building out systems and processes for Schonfeld treasury platform.
• Work on growth initiatives with a focus on delta one.
