Job summary

Principal Global Investors seeks a Sr. Product Manager I to lead and evolve the enterprise web experience, optimizing customer-facing journeys at scale while coaching product managers and partnering with UX and technology.

You will define strategy, ensure effective discovery, drive delivery in Agile, and mentor teams while communicating plans to stakeholders in a financial services context. Hybrid in-office work is available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
• Proven success establishing product strategy across multiple products.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and tell stories.
• Knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery practices; ability to coach others.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy for portions of the enterprise digital experience.
• Guide product discovery to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Be accountable for successful delivery across the product family in an Agile setting.
• Monitor product health and outcomes, using data-informed storytelling for trade-offs.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and outcomes to drive alignment and value.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers while balancing hands-on leadership.
