Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product ownership experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Agile product management for large-scale, distributed web products.
• Experience using Jira/Confluence for backlog and project tracking.
• Experience in financial services/asset management or B2B contexts.
• Experience with multiple architectures, configurations, and processing environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the website product strategy, vision, and multi‑quarter roadmap.
• Translate business goals and user needs into prioritized product requirements and features.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery with engineering, UX, and content teams in an agile environment.
• Leverage data (analytics, user research, A/B testing) to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Ensure site performance, SEO, GEO, AEO, accessibility, and compliance standards are met globally.
• Drive platform evolution (e.g., CMS, personalization, integrations, martech stack).
• Partner with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and ensure successful launches.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
