Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise Privacy to lead privacy controls across Claude on AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will collaborate with Privacy Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM teams to ensure verifiable privacy guarantees for customer data across Anthropic's platforms.

This high-visibility role involves retention, access logs, compliance reporting, and self-serve privacy interfaces. You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ship controls, define success

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with privacy, security, or compliance products.
• Built or scaled audit logging, key management, data residency, retention, or access governance for regulated customers.
• Shipped controls across multiple cloud providers or partnered with AWS, GCP, or Azure at the platform level.
• Experience with certification, attestation, or trust center programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Experience with Claude, Claude Code, or comparable agentic tools and data controls insights.

Responsibilities

• Understand external customers with strict data handling requirements and align with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Privacy Engineering to ship controls for regulated customers at Anthropic speed.
• Co-develop solutions with design-partner customers and compliance teams for audits.
• Work with engineers to influence architecture, custody, residency, and cross-cloud transparency.
• Define success metrics for privacy controls and customer data posture visibility.
• Iterate self-serve experiences for compliance and security teams to check data posture without tickets.
• Communicate prioritization trade-offs to leadership balancing privacy risk, safety, legal exposure, and business impact.
