Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead security, compliance, and data governance initiatives for enterprise customers in regulated industries. You will coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and GTM to map regulatory requirements to roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will manage planning cadences, DRIs, dependencies, and end-to-end delivery for high-priority programs, shaping readiness for new products and ensuring enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in complex environments.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and facilitating cross-functional decisions.
• Proven ability to drive platform or horizontal capabilities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run cadence for foundational capability roadmaps across product, engineering and GTM leadership.
• Drive high-priority programs end-to-end from scoping to delivery for enterprise surfaces.
• Define readiness criteria for new products and features before enterprise deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs with legal/compliance alignment.
