Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager focused on Enterprise Privacy to collaborate with Privacy Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM teams to evolve enterprise controls for regulated customers and governments. You’ll ensure privacy guarantees are enforced across Claude on AWS, GCP, and Azure, and make them verifiable by customers.

This high-visibility role defines retention, access, residency, and custody policies, builds a self-serve compliance surface, and sets success metrics for privacy

Qualifications

• Experience turning ambiguity into durable product roadmaps for enterprise privacy controls.
• Ability to balance needs of multiple customer segments and stakeholders.
• Proven prioritization and communication skills for risk, demand, and cost.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand external customers with strict data handling requirements and align with internal teams.
• Partner with Privacy Engineering to ship enterprise controls.
• Co-develop solutions with design-partner customers to pass audits.
• Steer architecture and long-term decisions across clouds for custody, residency, and transparency.
• Define success metrics for privacy controls and audits.
• Iterate self-serve compliance experiences for security teams and auditors.
• Balance privacy risk, safety requirements, legal exposure, and commercial impact in prioritization.
• Communicate prioritization trade-offs clearly to leadership.
