Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a contract-to-hire role supporting Enterprise Payments initiatives across multiple locations, including Columbus, OH. The role focuses on delivering agile artifacts, backlog refinement, and coordinating with tech teams for payments platform migrations and integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial cards or payment processors, platform migrations, and strong stakeholder management in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Hands-on product ownership experience within payments/fintech.
• Experience translating business requirements into epics/features.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support product development for Enterprise Payments capabilities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain a delivery-ready product backlog for two-week sprints.
• Coordinate with engineering, risk, compliance and other partners to resolve questions.
