Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a major financial institution in Brooklyn, OH. The 12+ month contract requires 3 onsite days per week in Brooklyn, OH, with compensation up to $70.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

The role leads delivery of Payments & Deposits Services Modernization, driving automation, AI, and workflow transformation across check processing, wire/RTP, ACH, lockbox, cash vault, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated project or program management experience in financial services.
• Working knowledge of payments (ACH, wire, check processing) and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of agile practices, budgeting, and benefit tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple modernization workstreams from intake to delivery with milestone tracking and risk mitigation.
• Provide governance, status updates, metrics, and escalations to leadership and business partners.
• Manage project budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and realized cost savings across the initiative.
• Coordinate cross-functional scope, dependencies, and resources across operations, technology, risk, and vendor teams.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance; elevate risks and issues as needed.
• Develop business cases and manage the pipeline through funding checkpoints with process owners.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and value across stakeholders and lines of business.
• Develop integrated project plans and track critical path; report progress against milestones.
