Verkada Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Users & Permissions in San Mateo. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade user access, permissions, and security controls, enabling global deployments while upholding privacy standards.

You will partner with engineering, design, and customer success to scale access management, implement MFA, RBAC, and SSO, and ensure compliant, auditable workflows across large organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of product management in B2B SaaS for enterprise customers.
• Strong IAM expertise and security-focused mindset.
• Experience with authentication standards (OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM).
• Ability to design audit logs and compliance workflows.

• Develop scalable user and group management solutions for enterprise customers.
• Drive IAM capabilities (MFA, RBAC, SSO) implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on permission hierarchies and access workflows.
• Build privacy and compliance controls for global deployments.
• Partner with Eng, Design, and CS teams to deliver scalable access solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and usage data to refine features.
• Define success metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
