Job summary

Medical Informatics Engineering and Enterprise Health is seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of the occupational health platform. You will lead product discovery, strategy, and execution for core workflows such as medical surveillance, case management, compliance, absence management, and analytics.

In this role you’ll partner with customers, Engineering, Design, Client Success, Product Marketing, regulatory and clinical stakeholders to translate problems into valued solutions, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management in SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare technology, or workflow-intensive environments.
• Experience owning complex product capabilities end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Strong discovery, problem-framing, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customers to understand workflow challenges and opportunities.
• Own end-to-end product capabilities from discovery to adoption and improvement.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to translate problems into scalable solutions.
• Drive commercialization, adoption, and measurable customer value with GTM teams.
