Job summary

PartsSource is the leading technology and software platform for managing mission-critical healthcare equipment. The Program Manager owns end-to-end delivery of PartsSource's largest customer programs across enterprise health systems, IDNs, and multi-site organizations.

Your success is measured by clinical and operational outcomes, customer relationships, and adoption across the implementation lifecycle, including coordination with HTM, supply chain, IT, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise programs or complex implementations end to end in healthcare or related industries.
• 3+ years leading multiple concurrent workstreams within a single plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Program Plan spanning all in-scope workstreams and dependencies.
• Define program scope, commercial structure and effort with sales, legal, finance and customers.
• Establish executive governance and manage stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level.
• Manage program risk, integrations and third-party relationships across the project.
• Drive adoption and benefits realization including change management and onboarding.
• Partner across the organization to secure resources and codify best practices.
