Job summary

GCG Custom Engineered Solutions in the United States is seeking a Product Manager – Engineered Power Feeders to lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial execution for the Maxiamp Cable Bus System and power distribution solutions.

You will partner with engineering, sales, customers, and distributors to close gaps, define roadmaps, and drive launches while traveling 25–30% and operating in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management or product marketing experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, or related markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for engineered power feeder solutions.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization and launches.
• Develop and maintain professional product documentation (datasheets, guides, installation instructions).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and partners to close gaps and drive market success.
• Translate technical product information into compelling messaging for sales and customers.
