Job summary

WEX is seeking a Senior Product Manager who owns the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for core Over-The-Road digital payments platforms and native mobile driver experiences across the commercial fleet ecosystem. The role blends payment product execution with mobile UX design thinking and emphasizes real-time spend capabilities and cardless payments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience leading outcomes for complex digital payment or mobile product initiatives.
• Experience managing products across B2B payments, transaction processing, or mobile app ecosystems.
• Expertise in defining and leveraging product metrics to understand performance and deliver on OKRs.
• Proven track record partnering with UX/UI design teams and integrating user-centered design into discovery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for core OTR digital payments platforms and native mobile driver experiences.
• Lead evolution of real-time spend capabilities, native mobile apps, and cardless payment features.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, engineers, and commercial partners to co-create end-to-end web and mobile experiences.
• Drive Go-To-Market execution and maintain alignment across business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and leadership.
