WEX, Inc. is seeking an curious, execution-driven early career Product Manager to help build and scale our next generation of payments solutions. You will own adoption and customer value, working with NAM Product Team to bring new products to market and define test-and-learn strategies.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions customers actually use and love—leveraging AI across the product development lifecycle as a core expectation.

Responsibilities

• Own product features and adoption end-to-end: support the development of new payments capabilities from concept through launch and iteration.
• Design and execute test-and-learn plans to validate customer demand, usage, and product-market fit.
• Work directly with customers: conduct interviews, ride-alongs, and synthesize insights to inform product decisions.
• Translate customer problems into product requirements and partner with engineering and design to implement them.
• Define platform priorities to simplify, standardize, and scale shared capabilities across products.
