Job summary

WEX, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an early-career Product Manager to help build and scale our next generation of payments solutions. You will own adoption and customer value, not just feature delivery, and work with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

Sitting in NAM Product Team, you will define test-and-learn strategies, conduct customer interviews and synthesize insights to inform decisions. You will translate problems into requirements and help create reusable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Early in career with enthusiasm to learn and grow in product management.
• Ability to design and run simple experiments to validate ideas.
• Comfort communicating with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product features and adoption end-to-end, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Design and execute test-and-learn plans to validate demand and product-market fit.
• Interview customers, synthesize insights, and inform decisions with data and field insights.
• Translate customer problems into actionable product requirements with engineering and design.
• Define platform priorities to scale shared capabilities across products.
• Build for reuse by defining APIs, services, and integration patterns.
• Translate technical constraints into product decisions with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI across the product lifecycle to accelerate research and prototyping.
