Job summary

WEX, Inc. is seeking an early-career Product Manager to shape payments solutions within NAM. You will own features, drive adoption, and work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver customer value.

You will design test-and-learn plans, conduct customer interviews, and translate insights into concrete product requirements. This role emphasizes AI-enabled research and cross-functional collaboration for scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience validating product concepts with customers.
• Ability to translate customer problems into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with platform thinking and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own features and adoption end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Design and run test-and-learn experiments to validate demand.
• Interview customers and analyze behavior to inform decisions.
• Translate problems into actionable product requirements for eng/design.
• Define platform priorities to standardize shared capabilities.
• Define APIs and integration patterns for reuse across products.
• Explain tech constraints to stakeholders to inform scope and timelines.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, prototyping, and analysis.
