Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end eCommerce experience, including self-serve purchasing, pricing and packaging, checkout, and subscription management. Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with revenue-generating digital products.
• 3–5+ years in eCommerce, self-serve, or PLG in a B2B SaaS/hybrid setting.
• Proven ability to define and execute strategy, influence roadmaps, and drive major decisions.
• Deep understanding of checkout UX, payments, pricing, packaging, and subscription lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills: funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and executive storytelling.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrix organization and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for eCommerce
• Set the framework for online selling across self-serve, SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
• Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market with cross-functional partners
• Represent eCommerce at executive level and translate decisions into business impact
• Own self-serve journey, upgrades, upsell, and in-app purchasing
• Lead analytics program: funnel metrics, A/B tests, dashboards for leadership
