Job summary

Raft is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee projects within programs, coordinating time, budget, and resources to meet program guidelines. The role requires 5-7 years of hands-on PM experience, Agile/Scrum/DevSecOps expertise, and DoD/cyber security knowledge.

This hybrid position is based in San Antonio, TX; up to 10% travel may be required. The candidate must be able to maintain a Secret security clearance and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused team delivering complex

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Product/Program management.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with DoD cyber security and cloud environments.
• Direct experience with DoD clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs.
• Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines.
• Report to the program manager on progress and changes to the initial project plan.
• Focus on execution and managing functional elements, deadlines, and deliverables.
