Job summary

Raft is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the operations of individual projects within broader programs, coordinating time, budget, and resources to complete work within guidelines. You will report progress to the program manager and focus on execution, delegating tasks and delivering key milestones.

Hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with up to 10% travel and a requirement to maintain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in product or program management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of DoD Cyber Security and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings.
• Ability to develop documentation and deliverables for implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of individual projects within programs.
• Coordinate time, budget, and resources to meet program guidelines.
• Report progress and changes to the initial project plan to the program manager.
• Focus on execution, task delegation, and timely delivery of deliverables.
