Job summary

Raft is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive agile onboarding for non-waterfall projects. You will oversee projects, coordinate resources, report progress, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with DoD clients and navigating security clearances.

This full-time role requires 5-7 years hands-on experience, DoD/Cloud expertise, and the ability to work within U.S. government programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience.
• Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings.
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks.
• Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security and Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs.
• Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines.
• Report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan.
• Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables.
