Job summary

Raft is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support agile onboarding and manage non-waterfall projects. You will oversee operations of programs, coordinate time, budget, and resources, and report progress to the program manager while focusing on execution of deliverables.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant hands-on experience, knowledge of Agile/ Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security, and Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in product management or project delivery.
• Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings.
• Experience solving complex problems with originality and initiative.
• Able to develop and present solutions with latitude for approach.
• Contributes to deliverables and metrics; creates and maintains docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of individual projects within programs.
• Coordinate time, budget, and resources to meet program guidelines.
• Report progress and changes to the program manager.
• Focus on execution and managing functional elements, deadlines, and deliverables.
