Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end to end product delivery.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Set vision for Amazon’s online support model.
Develop differentiated product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Work collaboratively with Engineering, UI/UX on product definition and features implementation.
Work closely with all stakeholders to define and optimize the launch plan for new product(s).
Establish metrics and key performance indicators for success.
Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer.
