Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical for End User Experience in the Agentic WorkSpaces portfolio. You will own the end-user experience strategy across human and agentic workloads and drive cohesive interfaces across products.

You will define experience paradigms, partner with engineering and GTM teams, and establish usability and adoption metrics to differentiate our enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software development or IT.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept to GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user experience strategy for Agentic WorkSpaces across the portfolio.
• Partner with engineering, design, product, and GTM to shape roadmaps.
• Define usability, adoption, productivity, and trust KPIs for outcomes.
