Qualifikationen

• Six or more years in product management or related role.
• Experience delivering digital products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience using data, insights, and business metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and timelines.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Close collaboration with engineering, design, data, and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced enterprise.
• Proficiency with product-management, analytics, collaboration, and work-tracking tools.
• Preferred: experience in retail, e-commerce, loyalty, payments, merchandising, etc.
• Preferred: experience with large customer populations or distributed workforces.
• Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and integrations.
• Preferred: experience with research, usability testing, experimentation, or A/B testing.
• Preferred: analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics.
• Preferred: experience defining OKRs, business cases, financial models, or ROI projections.
• Preferred: Jira, Confluence familiarity.
• Preferred: experience supporting modernization or digital transformation.
• Preferred: product management, Agile, Scrum, or related certification.

Aufgaben

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with measurable objectives.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research and data.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, features, and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and risk.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery including market research, interviews, and concept validation.
• Establish KPIs and use data to evaluate performance and ROI.
• Make prioritization decisions using data and strategic considerations.
• Coordinate alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Agile teams during refinement and sprints.
• Define MVPs and gather feedback for iterative delivery.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing and Support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify and manage product risks and dependencies.
