OPENLANE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Canadian Wholesale digital marketplace initiatives in the US context. You will define strategy, own roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to maximize growth and customer value.

You will leverage data and AI-driven approaches to improve buyer experiences, pricing, and operational metrics. This role collaborates with senior leadership and emphasizes rapid, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager at senior level.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital products.
• Experience owning complex product domains with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking linked to company objectives.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and structured discovery.
• Strong analytical skills using data for prioritization.
• Familiarity with agile product development.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for key digital marketplace initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Identify market opportunities and develop data-driven business cases.
• Conduct deep discovery, customer research, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate technical approaches and drive execution.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Define and report KPIs tied to revenue, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Drive executive-level communication on strategy and performance.
• Mentor and support other product team members.
