Job summary

Enara is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will shape our product vision and act as a Team Catalyst for Product and Tech. You will define what we build and how we deliver, sitting at the nexus of clinical efficacy and software execution.

You will lead squads, mentor engineers and product managers, and ensure milestones align with patient, provider, and administrator needs. A track record in digital health, agile leadership, and data‑driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Progressive Product Management, with at least 4 years in Digital Health/Clinical Tech.
• US residency in the US for 10+ years with practical knowledge of US healthcare (EMR, HIPAA, provider credentialing).
• Experience shipping products serving Patients, Providers, and Administrators, including EMR integrations.
• Proven leadership in agile ceremonies and driving accountability in engineering teams.
• Ability to debate technical trade-offs with engineers and understand architectural implications.
• Experience building with AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows).
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Bubble, Retool, Airtable).
• Excellent cross-functional communication across clinical, product, and engineering teams.
