Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic product area and lead a dedicated engineering team. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Revenue, Customer Success, and Compliance to deliver AI-augmented solutions at scale.

You will prototype ideas, test with data, and push for outcomes that balance customer experience with regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and end-to-end accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team in a technical product area.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to transform how you work, including prototype work and interface validation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Operations, Revenue, Customer Success, and Compliance.
• Ability to turn ideas into working artifacts and guide teams from problem to solution with data.
• Experience partnering with engineers on complex systems at scale and root-cause analysis.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for your product area end to end.
• Set outcomes, define a roadmap, and align stakeholders behind a customer-focused plan.
• Define measurable goals and track progress weekly and monthly.
• Produce artifacts that unblock engineering and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with other product teams for end-to-end platform experience.
• Use data to validate assumptions and drive decisions.
