• Ability to present strategy and impact to all levels.
• Solid customer research, prototyping, and early-stage product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence at senior levels.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess product-market fit and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Research trends, client needs, and competitor innovations across retirement, wealth, and benefits.
• Generate, validate, and prioritize new product ideas aligned with growth.
• Serve as the voice of the customer through discovery, strategy, and execution.
• Define requirements, user stories, and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to set strategy and deliver releases on time.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and iterative improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Design, prototype, and test early-stage solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead pilot programs to evaluate product-market fit, feasibility, ROI.
• Develop and maintain the long-term product roadmap with leadership.
