You will partner with R&D, Global Supply Chain, and Quality/Regulatory to renew and execute the systems roadmap while grounding requirements in customer needs. The role emphasizes translating strategies into target profiles, prioritizing cross-functional sustaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; advanced degree desirable.
• 8+ years in Diagnostics/Biotech/Med-Devices or related roles with product lifecycle management.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing methodologies and customer insights.
• Translate segment and franchise strategy into concrete product-line plans and objectives.
• Collect and interpret voice-of-customer, competitive information, and usage data.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into target product profiles and system-level requirements.
• Lead NPD and sustaining projects with complete documentation.
• Maintain view of installed base and lifecycle status; build roadmaps.
• Coordinate with R&D and Global Supply Chain on upgrades and obsolescence.
• Ensure readiness for launches and internal readiness for deployments.
