Trusted Shops SE is seeking a Senior Product Manager Growth to own end-to-end growth initiatives for our consumer business. You will uncover opportunities across the consumer journey, translate insights into hypotheses, rapidly test them, and scale successful approaches to drive sustainable growth.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and strategy. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritize a growth roadmap,

Qualifications

• Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in Growth, Conversion, Retention, Engagement, or Monetization.
• Excellent product judgment and analytical thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own growth outcomes and define ambitious goals with a measurable KPI-driven strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities using data, insights, and experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
• Lead a cross-functional growth roadmap with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams and turn hypotheses into scalable products.
