Job summary

Amazon’s eCommerce Foundation seeks a Product Manager Technical (PMT) to own and deliver complex, data-driven product initiatives across multiple teams. You will partner with stakeholders to define strategy, drive roadmaps and manage cross-functional delivery for billions of interactions daily.

You will lead ambiguous problems, harmonize tradeoffs, and communicate progress with senior leadership while ensuring a top-notch customer experience across the Amazon platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Leading ambiguous problems to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Defining vision, strategy and requirements with leadership and stakeholders.
• Delivering results by driving execution of programs spanning multiple orgs from strategy to rollout.
• Maintaining regular communication with senior management on status, risks and changes.
• Collaborating with customers, technical staff and executives across geographies to deliver complex features.
• Managing cross-functional initiatives, dependencies and bottlenecks to minimize business impact while maximizing customer value.
• Becoming an effective collaborator among SDMs, TPMs, PMs, FEEs, SDEs, Scientists and PEs.
• Owning all business and operational metrics for your product.
