Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior PMT Manager to lead a global team responsible for defining and delivering next-generation data center products. You will guide your team in developing strategies prioritizing availability, rack fungibility, and operability across standardized rack positions, enabling efficient day-to-day operations at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

Define the multi-year product strategy for data center infrastructure.
Design and evolve the PMT team structure to match product portfolio scope.
Develop PMT talent with deep domain expertise.
Drive technical product judgment for physical infrastructure.
Establish mechanisms to capture and generalize requirements across DC programs.
Negotiate priorities and influence across construction, operations, and engineering.
Establish operational excellence mechanisms for DC product delivery.
Communicate DC product strategy to senior leadership.
Build an inclusive, high-performing product culture rooted in builder mentality.
