Job summary

Wild Alaskan Company is seeking a product leader to drive high-impact digital experiences and AI-enabled features that deepen member relationships and accelerate growth. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, Marketing, Member Experience, Finance and Supply Chain & Operations to discover opportunities, build business cases, and shepherd initiatives from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience leading complex, high-impact digital experiences in DTC commerce.
• Proven ability to independently identify systems-building solutions and drive outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical ability using data to uncover opportunities.
• Has led prioritization and design collaboration sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience building with AI prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve high-leverage customer and business problems through data analysis and cross-functional discovery.
• Uncovers leverage points across multiple domains by stringing problems and opportunities together.
• Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem discovery through launch, measurement and iteration.
• Build and effectively communicate compelling business cases with opportunity size, tradeoffs, risks and impact.
• Create alignment across stakeholders by simplifying complexity and communicating strategic choices.
• Collaborate with data to design experiments and measurement frameworks that validate assumptions and accelerate learning.
• Promote continuous improvement in the digital product process.
• Lead by example to improve discovery skills, analytical thinking, communication and judgment.
• Serve as a product leader who pushes the organization toward value creation.
• Stay close to emerging technologies, especially AI, to transform experiences for users.
