Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, digital transformation, analytics, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning products from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate between business operations and technical teams without losing business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success measures for assigned data analytics products.
• Collaborate with business users and leaders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, data needs, and prioritized releases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and governance.
• Measure usage, outcomes, financial impact, and user feedback to guide scale or changes.
