Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Data Analytics to lead product discovery and roadmaps at the intersection of business needs, data, AI, and technology.

You will own outcomes, prioritization, adoption, and value realization while partnering with business, design, engineering, analytics, and AI teams. The ideal candidate is curious, outcome-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at turning emerging technology into practical business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management, digital transformation, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch, adoption, and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, business case, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, scientists, and engineers.
• Translate business needs into requirements, journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Measure usage, impact, and adoption; adjust strategy based on evidence.
