Job summary

#paid operates a marketplace connecting vetted creators with brands like McDonald’s, Samsung, and Disney. You will own the roadmap for our Data & ML squad, starting with predictive performance and match quality. You’ll build the foundation for Forge AI and campaign automation.

You will balance brand and creator needs and make clear go/no-go calls, guiding cross-functional teams to drive impact across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience owning a product area end to end.
• Experience setting north star metrics and using them for prioritization.
• Technical fluency to go deep with data and ML engineers, including reading SQL.
