Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong generalist with ownership of design assets from flows to pixels.
• Focus on clarity, simplicity, and execution in design.
• Experience with data visualization or B2B marketing products.
• Prototype directly in code and ship to production with Git.

Aufgaben

• Design core product experiences end to end, from exploration through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate strategy into solutions.
• Explore multiple directions via sketches, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Fine-tune layout, typography, spacing, motion, and interactions.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals.
• Incorporate user feedback and product insights to improve the product over time.
• Contribute to and evolve Profound’s design language and systems.
• Participate in critiques to give and receive feedback.
