Job summary

Amazon Senior PM-T, Customer Experience (CX), New Selection Success is seeking a leader to own the CX for new selection discovery and A+ brand content. You will shape the CX strategy, drive rigorous experimentation, and improve discovery and conversion across the store.

You will collaborate with UX designers, brand teams, and selling partners to deliver high-quality experiences while leveraging AI-powered tools to prototype and test new CX formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new CX widgets to increase discovery and engagement for new selection.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create rich content formats for evaluating high consideration products.
• Own strategy for enabling new CX formats using A+ as a platform for brand-differentiated experiences.
• Conduct customer research to translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Prototype and iterate CX concepts using AI-powered tools and rapid mocks.
• Design and run A/B experiments to measure lift in discovery and conversion.
• Define and track CX metrics such as engagement, conversion, and content quality.
• Collaborate with brand, design, and seller-facing teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
